At UNCERTAIN, every piece is made and packaged with care. Because of the limited and custom nature of our drops, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, email us at team@shopuncertain.com with:

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review and respond within 7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your shipping address and item details before placing your order.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes or claims.
